Health issues have forced us to make some changes. We have full timed for a year in this trailer so it has a few nicks and scratches. Some warranty issues were taken care of and other repairs and improvements have been done along the way. Everything works fine. Included with the stock options that came with this trailer are numerous upgrades: -Up sized the LP tanks. -Added 2- 6 volt heavy duty batteries for a total of 4 -Added a dedicated 120 volt outlet for running electric heat or fans. -Added a 20 amp switch to the converter -Replaced both ceiling vents with high volume fan/vents -Added 1 MaxAir roof vent cover -Added a 30 amp 12 v circuit and light to the waste dump area. This was used to power a macerator pump. -Added 1 kitchen drawer. -Added 1 Thule outside mount shelf/counter -The bunk area was converted to an office but only needs mattresses to be used for sleeping again. We have the lower mattress in storage and can retrieve it when necessary. -upgraded the storage bin locks to tumbler type keys. This trailer tows very well with a GVWR of 6070 lbs. I pulled it with a Heavy Duty F250 diesel. I did not use a weight distributing hitch and never experienced any fish tailing or instability. We’re asking $17500.
